In the aftermath of the latest battle over gay marriage in Maryland Greg Quinlan has pointed out the hypocrisy of the gay political lobbying organization – the Human Rights Campaign (HRC). “HRC’s bullying against ex-gays contradicts its claim of equality,” said Quinlan. “Why should heterosexuals be fooled by HRC’s false commitment to so-called equality?” Quinlan pointed out that while the HRC advocated for gay marriage on grounds of equality, it called on the World Bank to remove Parents and Friends of Ex-gays and Gays (PFOX) from its list of charities.
